On Sunday, April 11, 2021, Founder and Lead Baker, Essence Jewel went live to demonstrate how to make her a favorite Spring dessert "Strawberry Shortcakes". Check out the video and see the recipe below  just in case you want to try at home. 

INGREDIENTS

• Flour
• Butter
• Heavy whipping cream (at least a cup and 1/2)
• Buttermilk
• Sugar
• Baking soda
• Baking powder
• Salt
• 1lb and a 1/2 of strawberries (stemmed and sliced)
