Shipping policy

At Sweet Jewel Baked Goods, our goal is to deliver fresh desserts to your door in the best quality. In order to accomplish this, we follow the shipping guidelines below. Please keep them in mind when placing orders and if you have an issue that addressed here, please feel free to contact us via email at sweetjewelbakedgoods@gmail.com.

Shipping Accuracy Please check your address for accuracy when placing your order. We are ONLY able to stand by our delivery guarantee that your package will arrive secure and in the best condition when shipping is completed without having to reroute. While we may make very attempt to fix shipping errors, please note that additional fees may be charged for any packages that are shipped to the wrong address due to customer error.

No weekend deliveries available. Orders are shipped 2 or 3 Day Air or Ground, depending on your location and shipping speed. The order placing cut off is Sunday at 4:00 pm PT to receive delivery the next week. Deliveries are made Tuesdays through Fridays only, with no exceptions.
